After Beyonce video, Serena Williams dancing some more

The ace tennis star has released a new video on Youtube showing an array of dance skills. She has practiced dance in the past and said it is one of her favorite hobbies.

Serena Williams won 6-3, 6-3 against Vania King, the same score she beat Ekaterina Makarova, but feels she played worse than how she did in her first round match. “You want to be out there and play the game you want to play”. “Why are you doing this?’ ‘Cause I’m always challenging myself, I’m always keeping myself climbing”.

Williams arrived at the year’s final grand slam with concerns swirling around a sore shoulder that hampered her at the Rio Olympics and forced her to pull out of a tournament in Cincinnati. The top-ranked athlete began her bid for a record-breaking 23rd major title in the USA open this week.

What follows is a 20-second dance breakdown that features Williams as the center-dancer, in which she proves once again that she can do just about everything. “I’m taking it day-by-day”. “But some of them I’m really proud of”.

Wearing the same black, purple and pink dress with black compression sleeves that she sported in her first-round match Tuesday, and with music royalty couple Beyonce and Jay Z watching from Williams’ box – “It’s always good to have Beyonce and Jay in the box”, said Williams – the six-time U.S. Open champ blasted forehands from the baseline, routinely whacked 100-plus miles per hour serves and added a few exclamation point squeals to punctuate a point she had won. Thanks to choreographers WilldaBeast Adams and Janelle Ginestra (who have worked alongside Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and Usher to name a few) and Delta Airlines, we’re able to see how she can handle choreography from the best in the biz.

On Sunday, Beyonce had a headline-making performance of a medley of songs from Lemonade at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. “She made me run a lot”, Wozniacki said. If you would like to discuss another topic, look for a relevant article.
