The Hawaii entourage went straight from the stadium to the airport to get a scheduled 9 p.m. flight back to Honolulu.
First off, the game between Cal and Hawaii was being held in Sydney, Australia in front of 60,000 fans. Webb played in 23 games with 14 starts over three seasons at Texas Tech and had career totals of 5,557 yards and 46 touchdowns.

While Cal’s offense looked like it picked up where it left off last season, unfortunately so did the defense. The Golden Bears will head home and get some rest as they don’t play next weekend, but travel south to face San Diego State on September 11.
