The parents also abused alcohol in front of the girl, according to the lawsuit.

M. Michael Stephenson, the attorney for the IN girl who is suing Fogle, said Friday that he had no immediate comment on the filing.

The lawsuit only identifies the girl as Jane Doe but claims that Doe’s parents are to blame for her behavior.

In a legal motion filed by his attorney, Fogle claimed the victim’s parents should also be named as defendants.

In his motion, Fogle, who’d previously taken “full responsibility” for his actions, states that a contentious divorce and custody battle placed undue stress and anxiety on Doe. Attorneys for the victim said “any statements will be filed in the federal court proceedings”. Fogle is serving a 15-1/2-year prison sentence, which was upheld by a US appeals court in Chicago in June. The company formally terminated its relationship as the child pornography allegations came to light.

Jared Fogle is led from federal court in Indianapolis on August 19, 2015. She is seeking $150,000 for personal injuries, emotional distress, invasion of privacy, negligent supervision, and negligence.

Jared Fogle, former Subway spokesman, experienced an incredibly quick plummet from grace after he pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography and sexually assaulting minors.

Jared Fogle is suing the parents of one of his female victims.

From 2011 to 2015, the girl spent time at the Taylors’ home, the lawsuit says, where Russell Taylor had secretly installed hidden cameras. She was surreptitiously videotaped by an associate of Fogle for pornography.

Fogle also agreed to pay $1.4 million to 14 victims in restitution to (at least in part) compensate them for the things they endured as well to help them pay for counseling and other forms of treatment that they may require due to the abuse they endured at the hands of Jared Fogle.

The videos showed naked girls and boys aged 11 to 16 in a bathroom.

Taylor pleaded guilty past year to a dozen counts of child sexual exploitation and one count of distributing and receiving child pornography. Fogle encouraged Taylor to continue filming children who were nude, changing clothes or engaged in other activities while visiting Taylor’s homes, prosecutors said.
