Drake Bell Will Serve 96 Hours in Jail for DUI Case
After receiving his second DUI conviction, Drake Bell, 30, struck a plea bargain and got just 96 hours of time in Los Angeles County Jail.

Way back right around Christmas time previous year, Drake Bell was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the Los Angeles area – and after being officially charged a few weeks later, he’s moved through the legal system accordingly. The officer who stopped him reported a strong smell of alcohol coming from his vehicle and he then failed a field sobriety test. He will now serve four days in jail on a single charge of driving under the influence within 10 years of a previous DUI offense.
Nickelodeon star Drake Bell will cool his heels in jail. after being sentenced to the slammer for his second DUI conviction.
Drake Bell was arrested for a DUI in Glendale, California, in December 2015. He was previously arrested back in 2009.

He has continued to work in television, notably as the titular role in Ultimate Spider-Man, and he has also been focusing on launching a more adult-oriented music career, with his most recent album being 2014’s Ready, Steady, Go.
