The LSU Tigers take on the Wisconsin Badgers today in a college football game on the opening afternoon of the 2016 schedule. Wisconsin defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox said Fournette broke more tackles than any other back in all of college football last season. And we’re not even talking about No. 5 LSU’s loss to Wisconsin at Lambeau Field on Saturday.

Wisconsin outgained LSU 339 yards to 257 and outrushed them, 134-126.
On Monday, UW coach Paul Chryst called the games great opportunities for the players. “A little scuffle broke out from the LSU team”.
This is the first time GameDay has been to Lambeau Field and the sixth time the show has originated from the state of Wisconsin, with the last being Wisconsin’s 48-17 win over Nebraska in 2011.
But LSU’s offense never managed another prolonged drive, going 26 yards in seven plays and punting, then a three and out and then the Harris interception after moving 40 yards in six plays. However, quarterback Brandon Harris was intercepted at the Badgers 25.
Moments later White picked up a Badgers fumble at the Wisconsin 41. Corey Clement led the Badgers offense with 86 rushing yards and a touchdown.
LSU went from considering “Lambeau Leaps” to “Limbo Rock”, as in, “How low can you go?” It was also Fournette’s longest run at the time by 21 yards as he was held to 35 yards on 11 carries in the first half and failed to get anything on a fourth-and-one play at the LSU 45 late in the first half. In 2014, Wisconsin blew a 24-7 third quarter lead to lose 28-24 in the season-opener in Houston. Numerous passes Bart Houston did complete had to be fit into tight windows.
The Tigers are led by running back Leonard Fournette who rushed for an SEC-best 1,953 yards and an insane 22 touchdowns while adding a receiving touchdown to boot as well.
According to SEC rule, Boutte has to be suspended for LSU’s next game, which will be Saturday against Jacksonville State in Tiger Stadium.
