Warming up for Labor Day
Week Ahead: The heat and humidity stick around for the workweek with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Highs back in the mid-80s today and into the mid-60s tonight. While a shower or thunderstorm will pop up in a spot or two Thursday evening and Thursday night, most of us stay dry.

WORK WEEK: The Carolinas will stay dry through the upcoming work week, but the humid and above-average temperatures will remain with highs in the low 90s through Friday.
Labor Day: Mostly sunny and warmer, highs in the upper-80s.
Look for another round of scattered showers and storms for your Labor Day Monday as ample moisture from the Gulf of Mexico continues to stream north into Louisiana and Mississippi.
