Rumour: Red Dead Redemption Is Being Remastered for PS4
Rumor has it that Rockstar is coming to PlayStation Meeting to announce Red Dead Redemption 2 aka Red Dead 3. The report mentioned that Red Dead Redemption remastered will be announced on Tuesday, September 6. Right now, this should all be taken as a grain of salt with most forced to enjoy the original “Red Dead Redemption”, which is part of the new games for the Xbox One Backward compatibility list. A previous report from GameRant suggest that the game will be called “Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the West” and will have more than one playable character and will offer a larger open world than its predecessor.

The PlayStation meet is about to go down and is said to introduce “Red Dead Redemption 2”.
Fans are expecting to know more about “Red Dead Redemption 2” by September 7.
It is unknown whether the title will bring newness in graphic developments respect to the original, which is compatible with Xbox One, beyond resolution and fluidity, although in this way it could reach to PlayStation 4 and especially PC, where the original title has not yet released. The site doesn’t note a specific source, but claims that the rumour has been floating around since last month, with whispers from North America supposedly confirming the remaster’s existence.
The prevailing theory is that the reveal trailer featured a shootout in a bar and due to what happened in Orlando days before E3, Sony thought it would not be appropriate to show the game. In an event that’s surely built around the PS4 Neo’s unveiling, why would Sony throw a remaster of a last-gen title into the mix? PlayStation Meeting now seems like the best candidate for Rockstar’s next big announcement. While all that could work, the fact remains that all these are wishful thinking with no credible or official update on “Red Dead Redemption 2”.
