Chris Brown‘s lawyer is blasting the woman who has accused the star of threatening her with a gun, insisting the allegations are “fabricated”. Attorney said he was present during the search and police did not find any evidence to verify the story of the accuser, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Brown was arrested Tuesday at his home in Tarzana for alleged assault with a deadly weapon after a woman called 911 at 3:11 a.m. from outside the house requesting help.
Curran claimed Brown pulled out a weapon when he saw her getting to close to a diamond cross necklace he owns.
“There was also, by this so-called accuser, a statement that was given to the police that apparently there was some jewelry there and she described with great detail what this piece of jewelry was”, Geragos said.
He added that members of the Los Angeles Police Department acted professionally although he complained about the heavy police presence outside Brown’s home.
“50 didn’t consult the network first, and execs were not happy when they found out about it”, said a source.
TMZ reports that Baylee Curran allegedly sent a text to a friend named “Safari” on Tuesday (Aug. 30) at 2:37 am, shortly after Brown kicked her out his house. It makes no sense to text someone you stole from when the argument that got Baylee booted from Chris’ house stemmed from her being a bit too grabby with his friend’s jewelry.
“To the best of my understanding … none of them supported the story that was told”, Geragos said.
After teasing his new tune on Instagram during an epic post-gun and pre-arrest rant, Brown dropped his new song “What Would You Do?” on Wednesay.
“I don’t sleep half the damn night I just wake up to all these. helicopters, choppers is around, police out there at the gate”, Brown said in the video. “Lol come get me”, the non-punctuated text said.

And I guess he didn’t come get her because Chris Brown now has to call upon lawyer Mark Geragos to get him out of this mess. “He has not been charged and his arraignment is scheduled for September 20, according to jail records”.
