Trump say 2 million illegal immigrants will be thrown out

At a news conference after their 70-minute meeting, Trump said he and Pena Nieto had not discussed who would pay for the wall he wants to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing the border.

Speaking to a charged audience at the convention centre in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, hours after his visit to Mexico, Trump said once in the office, he would built the lovely wall up the cost (US$10-15 billion) will be paid by Mexico. Users, many of whom expressed anger over the president’s meeting with Trump, took to social media to have some fun after Peña Nieto mistakenly referred to the democratic presidential candidate as “Hillary Trump”, before correcting himself. “I was very clear and emphatic that Mexico won’t pay for the wall”, Pena Nieto says in a clip included in the video.

It all started yesterday during the pair’s dual media appearance in which Trump’s remarks on Mexico and immigration sounded unlike anything we’ve heard from him during this campaign.

But the Mexican President fired back: “I repeat what I said personally, Mr Trump”. “The moment I come to office, they will be thrown out of the country”.

“Anyone who has entered the United States illegally is subject to deportation”, said Trump.

During his speech in Phoenix Wednesday night, Trump indicated that he still plans to deport all 11 million undocumented immigrants from the country, saying, “You can not obtain legal status or become a citizen of the United States by illegally entering our country”.

Aimed at ending weeks of confusion over just where he stands on immigration, Trump’s fiery speech was filled with applause lines for his loyal supporters. He had also said that he would forcefully deport the 11 million illegal immigrants.

Instead of focusing on what they didn’t agree on, Giuliani said the “very productive conversation” focused on issues the two countries had in common, such as trade-related issues with China. “I think we need to concentrate on that and talk about that”. The poll by Right-leaning Rasmussen Reports put Mr Trump one point ahead of Mrs Clinton with 40 per cent support.

Trump said he has softened his position in a radio interview on Thursday, Washington-based news reporter Politico said on its website. “We decided to make a big U-turn to see if we could make him change”.
