Lead of Clinton shrinks to 2 per cent

The Cleveland Airport offered a glimpse of how critical the fight for OH has become in the lead-up to the general election, as airplanes for both party nominees and their running mates passed each other on the tarmac Monday morning.

As the New York Times states, Trump has indicated that his wall would stand at least 50 feet tall and be made out of preformed concrete. “Just shows you how important OH is. We want you to know that you do”, she said.

Democrats, who plan to spend much of the fall campaign linking GOP candidates to Trump, say the GOP tactic will not work.

When asked why Trump is so unpopular, Paduchik wrote: “What makes Mr. Trump popular with many Americans is his direct style of communication which is not typical for most career politicians”. But, unlike this administration, no one will be immune or exempt from enforcement-and ICE and Border Patrol officers will be allowed to do their jobs. He also lashed out at the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership as “a catastrophe”.

“We’re very much on schedule to do what we need to do to turn out the vote for Mr. Trump”, said Bob Paduchik, Trump’s OH state director and one of the most experienced operatives on the Republican’s staff. Paduchik said Trump’s efforts heading into the fall are focused primarily on rallying “disaffected Democrats and independents”. She’s focusing on Florida and OH, both must-win states for Trump if he is to reach the White House.

Trump remains only one percent behind Clinton in a head-to-head matchup, 43 to 44 percent. “Hillary Clinton is winning their voters 73-9 with Jill Stein at 6% and Gary Johnson at 3%”, according to a press release from the Public Policy Polling.

That makes Trump’s relationship with the RNC critical. He and Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, in an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” both said it’s unclear what would happen to the law-abiding immigrants once criminals are expelled.

Trump spoke at the American Legion’s national convention in Cincinnati a day after Clinton addressed the group, and he also had a rally in Wilmington, in southwest OH, where he hammered the former secretary of State over her use of private emails and her family’s foundation. Applying pressure on Trump, Clinton is advertising in GOP-leaning Arizona and in an Omaha, Nebraska, congressional district.

Trump has trailed Clinton both nationally and in the key battleground states since the the end of the party conventions in July but her lead has narrowed in recent days. She began September with more than $68 million in her campaign’s bank account to use against Trump, who has not yet released initial fundraising totals for August. Vice President Joe Biden will camp out in working class areas of OH and Pennsylvania.

Libertarian presidential nominee Gary JohnsonGary JohnsonPoll: Clinton leads Trump by double digits in NH Polls show tight races in Iowa, Virginia Jill Stein delays rally after landing in wrong OH city MORE ranks third with 12 percent, followed by Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 4 percent.

If Americans vote for Clinton, as they should, they should vote for every single Democrat on the ticket and avoid the kind of stalemate that we surely will suffer if she is elected with a Republican Congress. She told donors last weekend, “Somebody said to me, ‘Well, remember, there’ll be a lot of people watching.’ One hundred million people watching”.

Two decades earlier, in the first televised debates, Richard Nixon, appearing sickly and unprepared, never recovered from his disastrous performance in the first of three 1960 debates with then-Senator John F. Kennedy, who would win the presidency.
