Sylvester Stallone Proved He Is Alive After Death Hoax

The Rocky star found himself becoming a victim in the middle of a a death hoax this weekend, reported Daily Mirror.

In response, Stallone posted a photo on Instagram on Sunday in which he joked that he was about to be killed by his friend, Russian boxer Sergey Kovzalev, nicknamed “Krusher”.

A fake news story – allegedly from U.S. news site CNN – was being shared on Facebook, with fans clicking on the spam article, which then shares it on their page for their friends to see.

He captioned the picture, “With the incredibly powerful unified light heavyweight champion, Sergey “Krusher” Kovzalev ” …

The rumour even spread on Twitter, with fans alarmed at the news the 70-year-old had reportedly passed away.

“Someone confirm or deny if Sylvester Stallone is dead”.

On Friday, he also shared a cheeky selfie of him with his daughter Sophia as they enjoyed a meal together.

But it has since been rejected as twisted lies, and is the latest in a string of warped celebrity death hoaxes online.

Last month, Will Smith’s son Jaden Smith was the subject of a similar prank after a video was uploaded online in which he appeared to be saying goodbye to his actor father before allegedly committing suicide. Stallone was previously the victim of another fake death hoax four years before.
