Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus Android Tablet Officially Launches From $300
I liken typing on the device to typing on Microsoft’s Surface tablet with the Touch Cover attached.

The Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin 2016, or more simply, IFA, is yet to begin but already we’re seeing a slew of new and whacky tech products being announced. Note that the stylus is the Wacom real pen, which functions like a stylus but doubles as a regular pen that uses ink. Software is also included that “learns about and adapts to the typing habits of its user”, Lenovo says.
The new Yoga Book, is created to seamlessly bridge touch, type, write and draw in “a new touchscreen form factor, purposely created to meet the lifestyles of those we’ve identified as the ‘Touch Generation.'” Claims Lenovo executives. Available in Android 6.0 and Windows 10 versions, the Yoga Book also includes expected battery life of about 15 hours and a 360-degree watchband hinge that allows users to position the device in a wide range of positions for use.
At its core, the Yoga Book is a 10.1-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) Android tablet, now launching with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, but this is about where the similarities with other Android tablets stop.
The Yoga book is expected to ship in both Windows and Android configurations, starting at $549 (£418) and $499 respectively.
The keyboard area now houses a multi-functional touch panel that turns into a smartphone-like virtual keyboard, a draw pad, or a digital notepad. But, if you want both a hard and digital copy to reference, it’s possible to put a piece of paper over the slate – as you write in ink on the paper, the notes will still be transferred to the Yoga Book.
The Yoga 910 convertible laptop is the follow-up to the Yoga 900. The Intel Atom x64 processor on board isn’t the most spritely either, but that’s the payoff for a device so small and light. The Android version will be $500, while the Windows 10 version will be $550.
The Yoga Tab 3 Plus offers a 10.1-inch 2K display with Technicolor Colour Enhance, Dolby Atmos three dimensional sound from four front-facing JBL speakers and four separate viewing modes. With the thickness of 9.6mm, the tablet looks elegant and simplistic on the outside but what’s inside will surprise you even more.

The extra weight also comes in handy when you fold out the built-in metal kickstand to prop up the tablet without worrying that it will tip over.
