As investigators continue to comb through evidence collected from Chris Brown‘s home following an alleged gun incident involving a woman, the singer’s attorney contends his client is innocent.

Baylee Curran, the woman who accused Brown of trying to shoot her which lead to police surrounding Brown’s house, allegedly sent a text saying that she was going to set him up! Brown was eventually arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, but was released on $250,000 bail.

Curran said that she had partied previously with Brown and that he grew angry after she admired a piece of jewellery.

“[Police] were specifically looking for a specific type of jewelry – that was not found”, Geragos said, also claiming that none of the six witnesses supported Curran’s story.

First of all, the Los Angeles Police Department found no firearms at Brown’s residence.

“There was no gun or guns found in the home”, Geragos said at his law offices in downtown Los Angeles. ” The title is likely no accident as his accuser, Baylee Curran, asked rhetorically “what would you do?” in a video she made about her decision to call police”.

“She was obsessed with Chris Brown”, Monroe, a model and musician, told The News Thursday.

‘I have a different relationship with Chris, That’s my boy.I watched him come up, a lot of the s**t he go threw is insane to me. While she has denied sending anything like that, TMZ has reportedly snagged the texts that were sent on Tuesday morning at 2:57, just after Brown booted Curran from his home.

And I guess he didn’t come get her because Chris Brown now has to call upon lawyer Mark Geragos to get him out of this mess.

The US R&B singer posted new track What Would You Do? on his Soundcloud account on Thursday, after being released from police custody. “Lol come get me”, the non-punctuated text said.

In the text message, a copy of which was obtained by TMZ, Curran allegedly wrote “this freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake”.
