Clinton’s 25-minute question-and-answer session was her first extensive availability with reporters since early December. Clinton’s camp has preferred to let Trump do the talking, banking on his lack of discipline and reckless rhetoric.

The Republican nominee was rumored to be considering skipping at least one of the debates.

In terms of the Electoral College, polls give Clinton leads or more than 5 percentage points in pivotal states like Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Clinton also takes Armour Thyroid, a thyroid hormone replacement, antihistamines and vitamin B12, according to the Associated Press.

He said that his message to voters will be “all about jobs now”.

Two months from Election Day, Hillary Clinton has a clear edge over Donald Trump in almost every measure traditionally used to gauge success in presidential races.

Trump’s comments Monday come weeks after he suggested he would need to “see the conditions” before committing to participate.

The Republican presidential nominee blamed the Obama administration for allowing companies to move jobs to Mexico.

“This has been an unbelievable reception!”

“I look forward to the debates”, Trump told reporters, saying he regards them as “an important element of what we’re doing”. “It’s interesting.” NBC’s Lester Holt will moderate the first debate at Hofstra University in NY on September 26, ABC’s Martha Raddatz and CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will moderate a town-meeting style debate on October 9 at Washington University in St. Louis and Fox News host Chris Wallace will moderate the final presidential debate on October 19 at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Clinton has been off the campaign trail for several days of rest, and the Labor Day rally with Tim Kaine was meant to mark her triumphant push across the finish line.

The Labor Day holiday traditionally kicks off the last stretch of campaigning ahead of the November election.

“I think I’ll win the Hispanic vote”, Trump told reporters after touring the bridge.

Clinton, buffeted by controversy over her use of a private email server as US secretary of state, has been criticized by Republicans and the news media for months for failing to hold a news conference. Clinton’s supporters are more confident in her chances than Trump supporters are of his; 84 percent of people who say they will vote for Clinton think she will win the debate, compared with 69 percent of Trump supporters who think he’ll be the victor.

The poll was conducted before Trump’s latest speech on immigration in Arizona last week, a fiery address that reaffirmed his campaign promise to build a wall along the 1,989-mile southern border and force Mexico to pay for it.

The Washington Post said the NY businessman paid the Internal Revenue Service a $2,500 penalty this year after it was revealed that his foundation had violated tax laws by giving a political contribution to a campaign group connected to Florida’s attorney general, Pam Bondi, who has endorsed Trump.

An immigration speech Trump gave following his trip to Mexico, however, drew criticism from some of his Hispanic supporters and several backers advising him on the issue chose to part ways with his campaign.
