Google To Reenter Tablet Market With Huawei
Google’s Nexus 7 tablets were popular, especially the Nexus 7 2013 due to its form factor, solid hardware and lower price.

We reported earlier that Google was going to drop the name “Nexus” from its smartphone lineup and instead use the name Pixel and Pixel XL. The new Google tablet, rebranded into the Pixel series device just like the Nexus phones, will be made by Huawei and will have 4GB RAM.
Blass says the tablet will have 4GB of RAM, and… that’s about all he says.
After all, it would seem odd for Google to go through the trouble of rebranding their new smartphones if they were to turn around and also offer a tablet that still featured the Nexus name.
There’s some speculation that this might be the “Huawei 7P”, a device name that Huawei recently secured a trademark for. Compared to the Nexus brand, Google is seemingly positioning Pixel as a more premium offering.
Google is now offering only one tablet, which is named Pixel C. So, naming the upcoming tablet with Pixel branding makes much sense.
Right now, fans of the Nexus line have their eyes on the next pair of smartphones expected to be released in the coming weeks, but nobody has really been paying much attention to what Google has planned in the tablet department.
The tablet will definitely run on the version of Android Nougat, which was launched a few months ago. This has happened for the first time since the original launch of the Nexus program.

In addition to being HTC-built and named the Pixel and Pixel XL, other rumors about the smartphones include display sizes of 5 and 5.5 inch, with a 2,770 mAh battery in the smaller device and a 3,450 mAh battery is the larger one. There is also a rumored electric blue color option and a new Nexus Launcher.
