News of Chris Brown‘s arrest hit the media right after he was taken by police on August 30 for “suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon”, although he hasn’t been charged. Brown was released the same day on $250,000 bond.
Chris Brown accuser Baylee Curran admitted in a text to one of her friend that she was going to set up the singer and she did just that on Tuesday.
“There are reports that the accuser has a relationship with the mother of his child”, Geragos said. “Lol come get me”, Curran reportedly texted an acquaintance named Safari, shortly after she was kicked out of Brown’s house.
As TMZ points out, the text message Curran allegedly sent Safari contains information he couldn’t have possibly have known.
“We’re going to be calling for – if there isn’t already, because we’ve only heard it by rumor – a formal criminal investigation if in fact we can show that the providence, meaning that we can authenticate the text that was sent”, he said.
