At least 30 suspected persons were apprehended on Sunday during search operations conducted by Police and Rangers in different areas of the provincial capital.

Crackdown against criminal elements continues in Karachi as police arrested two accused during a raid in Mahmoodabad area on Monday, Dunya News reported.
Police arrested four suspects from Nazimabad area after encounter. Police stated that weapons and drugs were not recovered in the raid however they were taken into custody for questioning.
Police also conducted a search operation in Saeedabad area and detained 12 more suspects.

On the other hand, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) arrested 9 Lyari gangwar runners of Uzair Baloch group from Sangolane, Sarbazi Mohalla, and adjoining areas of Lyari.

The police also arrested a gang war accused in injured condition after an encounter in Baldia Ittehad Town. Police disclosed that the suspects were wanted in various illegal activities.
