Trump says he “respects” moderators, will attend all three debates

As for preparation, Trump says he does not believe in doing mock debates, as is tradition for many candidates, saying, “I’ve seen people do so much prep work that when they get out there they can’t speak”.

“What her real plan is, she has total amnesty” and a pathway to citizenship, he said, reiterating his opposition to such a legalization process without undocumented immigrants leaving the country first.

“I expect to do all three”, Trump told reporters.

Donald Trump visited Mexico to speak with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto on August 31, 2016.

Highlighting the intensity of the fight for battleground states like Ohio, Trump was already on the ground in Cleveland for his own campaign events when Clinton landed, their planes parking about two football fields apart on the tarmac.

But Trump’s unconventional White House bid, including his campaign’s apparent imperviousness to criticism about his harsh rhetoric, assures a tight contest for the next 64 days until the election.

Trump told reporters that he is open to inviting them on his plane more often.

While the party seems to have grown more favorable of Trump in recent weeks, this is still an organisation that remains divided over exactly where he could be taking them – Clinton, meanwhile, has sought to appeal to young voters via social media and current technology amid recent controversy over her email usage.

On Friday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation released 58 pages of notes from a probe that ended with the agency’s director James Comey declaring that Clinton and her staff had been “extremely careless” when handling classified information. We have to bring jobs back to this country or we are not going to have a country.

Clinton boarded the plane at Westchester County Airport on Monday morning, headed for a series Labor Day events in OH and IL.

Trump, along with his vice presidential nominee, Indiana Governor Mike Pence, attended a Cleveland area meeting with labor leaders and union members before heading to a state fair in the Youngstown area.

Clinton powered through a coughing fit at a Labor Day festival at a Cleveland park, sharply criticizing Trump’s recent trip to Mexico as “an embarrassing worldwide incident”. Clinton’s press corps sits on the back of the aircraft.

The Labor Day holiday traditionally kicks off the last stretch of campaigning ahead of the November 8 election.

In early August the Clinton campaign formally announced that Clinton would attend all three sessions and challenged Trump to make the same commitment.

The start of full-fledged campaigning opens a pivotal month, culminating in the first presidential debate September 26 at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.

“The mayor today is just one example of what’s happening across this country”, said Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s campaign manager, the AP reported.

Clinton also has millions of dollars at her disposal to air television adverts and power a get-out-the-vote operation in tossup states.
