Japan PM urges Vladimir Putin to work together to resolve island dispute
The scariest thing about the alleged Russian hacking attacks against the Democratic National Committee is not the apparent partisan nature of the attacks but that the data US government agencies and private analysts say was taken by Russian intelligence services belonged to one of the two major USA political parties and that the data were then publicly released through WikiLeaks.

“I would like to work with a person who can make responsible decisions and implement any agreements that we reach, ” said Putin.
Putin said he “couldn’t imagine” anyone in “American society” would be surprised “that the campaign headquarters worked in the interest of one of the candidates, in this case Mrs. Clinton, rather than equally for all of the Democratic party candidates”.
“You know, I essentially already answered your question”, Putin said. However, his early overtures, while reciprocated by Russian Federation, were derailed by Tokyo’s alignment with the West in the aftermath of Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea and ensuing support for separatists in Ukraine.
During his interview with Bloomberg, Putin said it was unfair to expect Iran put a ceiling on their output just as they were emerging from decades of worldwide isolation.
White House hopeful Hillary Clinton expressed “grave” concern Monday about reports that Russian Federation has been interfering in the U.S. electoral process through invasive cyber attacks on the Democratic Party.
The hacked emails, released by activist group WikiLeaks in July, appeared to show favoritism within the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and prompted the resignation of the body’s chairwoman. -Russian negotiations are on the right track, Putin told his interviewer.
During the question and answer, Clinton responded Federal Bureau of Investigation notes on her interview with the investigative body and denied that she knew anything about aides wiping her server with a sophisticated program known as BleachBit. DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned from her post in the aftermath of the hack.
“They are both intelligent people”, Putin said.
“To do that you need to have a finger on the pulse and get the specifics of the domestic political life of the U.S.”, Putin said. “I think it’s quite intriguing that this activity has happened around the time Trump became the nominee”.

“Putin sent a clear and definite signal that we are interested in rebuilding our relations, in resuming the dialogue in all fields, including the most sensitive”, the Russian leader’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, commented after the meeting.
