In the clip, Luke seems to have a problem with the guys at a boxing gym. Today, that meant getting an opportunity to see a brand-new sneak peek, one featuring the title character (played by Mike Colter) being just about everything that you would want him to be: Awesome and nearly entirely unstoppable.

Headlining the casting docket as Marvel’s Hero for Hire is Mike Colter, flanked by Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, Frank Whaley, Erik LaRay Harvey, with Rosario Dawson, Frankie Faison, and Alfre Woodard. The TV series is based on the Marvel comics created by Archie Goodwin and John Romita Sr. All four characters – Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist – will then team up for a joint mini-series. The most recent Netflix/Marvel release was Season 2 of Daredevil, which appears to have a completely unique visual style in comparison.
