Clinton: Trump ‘choked’ when meeting with Mexican president

Clinton, the first woman nominated for president by a major US political party, also appeared on ABC, where the former USA secretary of state called the Republican nominee’s mission to Mexico a failure.

“He came out saying one thing and the Mexican president contradicted him nearly immediately”, the former secretary of State said, according to Reuters.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is having a hard time in convincing American people that she is a truthful and honest candidate, the rival Donald Trump Campaign claimed on Thursday.

“I am going to create a new special deportation task force focused on identifying and quickly removing the most risky criminal illegal immigrants in America who have evaded justice, just like Hillary Clinton has evaded justice, OK?”

Donald Trump has made his promise that Mexico would pay to build a wall along the US border a centerpiece of his proposed immigration policy. “She chokes. Look at the deals she’s made”, he said of Clinton. The president of Mexico shot back at Trump on Twitter saying: “I repeat what I told you personally, Mr. Trump: Mexico would never pay for a wall”. “She’s responsible for so many bad things that have happened to our country”.

Peña Nieto maintains he told Trump Mexico will not pay the wall.

“And the fact is Mexico will pay for the wall. It was discussed that it wouldn’t be discussed, but they know my stance, and I know their stance”, Trump said.

“And until I’m president, I’m not going to press anything very much but they fully know my stance”.

“He didn’t raise it, so he did choke”, Clinton said.

Clinton, a former secretary of State, told ABC News in the interview airing Tuesday that the conflict illustrates how Trump would struggle with diplomacy as president. “And I think that’s a pretty clear outcome from that trip”, Clinton said.
