Later, police explained that this man had been spotted driving erratically around 3 am by some officials.
This 33 year old guy from Utah, finally arrested by the cops and was charged with drug possession, driving under the influence (DUI) and other offences.
The drug-addled Utah Reeve is not believed to be any relation to the star of famous superman series who died in 2004.
