AMBER Alert issued for Independence 9-month-old boy
Syncere is a black male and is 9 months old.

Syncere Lee Valliant was taken from his home in Independence, Missouri, Tuesday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for a child abducted in the Independence area.
The vehicle they are suspected of being in is a black over red 2003 Pontiac Grand Am with Missouri license plates DL3V3F.
Police now suspect Robert T. Valiant, 31, as the suspect. The suspect is described as 6-feet, 1-inch tall and 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, light complexion and a visible neck tattoo.
