Here’s 12 Minutes Of Sonic Mania Gameplay
I was always a Nintendo kid growing up, but I spent plenty of quality time with Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and Sonic and Knuckles. Project Sonic was one, another was Sonic Mania, a sort of homage to classic Sonic games from the SEGA Megadrive. Furthermore, new levels will be added that are also done in the 2D style, making this much more than just a remake.

Studiopolis hearkens back to levels like Casino Night Zone, with flashing visuals, some unique movement mechanics and some new enemies to contend with.
Sonic Mania seems to really understand what makes Sonic fun. I, personally, love the animations that Sonic has. Sonic Mania features the classic 8-bit retro graphics from the first titles in an advanced engine capable of rendering the game in high definition resolutions.
We’ll find out when the game launches at some point next year for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
