The Washington Post-Survey Monkey poll, which assessed all 50 states, is the first non-partisan poll conducted in SC since November 2015.

The GOP nominee took 45 percent to Clinton’s 43 percent, with Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson at 7 percent and Green Party nominee Jill Stein at 2 percent, according to the poll. The individual state samples vary in size from about 550 to more than 5,000.
“Any poll described thusly is likely to be an outlier, and outlier polls are usually wrong”, political polling guru Harry Enten wrote in a trusty guide to reading polls on FiveThirtyEight.
The poll comes as Clinton faces further questions over her private email server and the Clinton Foundation. I’ve seen people do so much prep work that when they got out there they can’t speak, ‘ he said.

Yet, most voters say they still expect Clinton to prevail November 8 and 59 percent think she will be the one to garner 270 electoral votes – while 34 percent think Trump has the better chance at winning.
In a separate letter also obtained by the AP, Chaffetz – the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman – warned the Denver-based tech firm, Platte River Networks, that one of its engineers who deleted Clinton’s electronic files previous year could face federal charges of obstructing evidence for erasing the material.
Clinton herself said it might not be the fall pollen at all.
