According to Wisconsin news station WBAY (via MetalSucks), Jonathan Schrap, 24, is charged with “mayhem” and “reckless injury” for chopping off 27-year-old Shelby Neuens’ pinky, gashing her arm and drinking her blood to memorialize a fellow Insane Clown Posse fan who died a year prior, according to a criminal complaint filed August 27.
Neuns told police she offered to let someone cut her arm and drink her blood. She was bleeding profusely.
The situation quickly escalated after the group began talking about severing a finger.
Evidently, that was all fine and dandy with everybody; soon after, Neuens tells the group that it’s cool if they cut off her pinky.
Schrap took a couple strikes with the machete, taking the “pinky clean off” on the second one – ‘all the way to the palm, ‘ the criminal complaint states.
Nuens said Schrap put the finger in the freezer and said he would cook and eat it later.
Schrap is charged with mayhem and reckless injury.
According to WBAY, the woman was bleeding significantly and the group made a decision to use a auto cigarette lighter, and later a blow torch, to attempt to cauterize the wound. The woman told authorities this hurt worse than having her finger cut off. When that didn’t work, they tried a blowtorch.
Notably, Neuens said she was not using drugs or alcohol when all this happened, which arguably makes this whole thing even weirder.
Later that night, Nuens went to her boyfriend’s house and showed him the injuries.
The 27-year-old insisted the ritual was voluntary and didn’t want anyone to be charged.
However, police arrested Schrap and one of his friends, Nick Laabs.

Laabs was later released, while Schrap is expected in court September 21 for a preliminary hearing.
