All PlayStation VR units include a disc containing eight game demos
When PlayStation VR buyers plug in their headsets next month, Sony wants them to get their footing with a real, physical demo disc. The game list can be seen below. The PlayStation VR is due out on October 13th.

If you are getting the PlayStation VR headset this October, you will be happy to know that it will include a free demo for you to try out.
Sony will be holding a major event tomorrow where the PlayStation 4 Slim is expected to be officially announced.

As of right now there is no official word on which demos are playable vs. cinematic, or whether they are full-game demos or short experiences pulled from the game. It’s not clear whether you’ll be able to download these demos without the disc, and it’s possible to interpret this as a sign that Sony thinks its network won’t be up to supporting a bunch of VR game downloads on launch day.
