Gonzalez homers as Astros top Indians 4-3
The Astros got a massive road win against a very good Indians team last night and they will be out for more in this one as they send Brad Peacock to the mound to face off against Corey Kluber in a pitching matchup that clearly favours the Tribe.

Astros pitcher Dallas Keuchel has been shut down for now because of inflammation in his left shoulder and sent back to Houston for an examination.
Coming off his dominant, Cy Young winning season in 2015, Keuchel has struggled massively by his standards in 2016, going 9-12 with a 4.55 ERA in 26 starts.
“We had to piece it together, but it was a whole team win”, manager A.J. Hinch said.
“When he played catch on Sunday and felt uncomfortable, we chose to send him back”. The Indians scored an unearned run in the ninth and got the tying run to second before Ken Giles, Houston’s fifth reliever, recorded his ninth save. It marked the first time the Cleveland ace has allowed more than four runs in a start since July 3.
Houston Astros’ George Springer (4) scores past Cleveland Indians catcher Roberto Perez (55) on a sacrifice fly by Yulieski Gurriel during the seventh inning of a baseball game Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, in Cleveland.
Houston is 9.5 games back in the American League West and 2.5 games back in the wild-card race.
This year, they will have to do it without the reigning AL Cy Young victor.
The Astros called up Bregman, who has reached base in 19 consecutive games, from Triple-A Fresno on July 25. Carrasco is 2-1 with a 2.05 ERA against the Astros.
Keuchel’s injury means he won’t face Cleveland right-hander Corey Kluber, who won the AL Cy Young victor in 2014, on Tuesday.
Despite his unimpressive numbers, Keuchel has been impressive as of late for the Astros. This season, Peacock has a 3.86 ERA in five appearances with seven innings pitched.

Clevenger is 1-1 with 6.29 ERA in his previous five starts. Cleveland has had recent success in games on a Tuesday as they are 8-2 in their last 10 games and with a victory in this one they will earn their 80th victory of the season and give Kluber his 16th in the process.
