Final Pulse victim leaves Orlando hospital
Last month, Orlando Health and Florida Hospital both announced they will not bill the survivors for any out-of-pocket medical expenses.

An Orlando hospital that treated dozens of people injured in the Pulse nightclub massacre has discharged its last patient from the June shooting. A total of 76 surgeries were performed on 35 shooting victims at the Orlando Regional Medical Center, according to Orlando Health.
Now hospital officials say the patient has been discharged, but declined to go into any more detail than that, at the request of the family.
Almost four months after the attack, the final shooting victim of the shooting at the Pulse nightclub, according to WKMG. “And that [the patient] will be able to get out of the hospital”.

In July, the Sentinel reported that Leonel Melendez, a 38-year-old Metairie native who lives in Orlando, was one of two Pulse shooting survivors that remained hospitalized following the tragedy.
