Clinton: Trump a national security danger
The Clinton campaign fired back, tying Trump’s comments to previous controversial remarks about women and minorities.

“It’s called pay for play”, he said.
Earlier in the day, Trump also earned the endorsement of 88 retired generals and admirals.
That’s how Donald Trump described Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of State. “Boy, would he like to see her”. She held just two public events in the two weeks before Labor Day weekend, a close look at her campaign’s schedule shows, while hosting 20 fundraisers in the same period.
In a split-screen moment, Clinton took the stage at the same time in Tampa to launch her own barrage of attacks.
“We’re going to make that decision into the future”, Trump said. They stand on opposite sides. “We are going to have real plans, not claims and secret plans”, said the former secretary of state.
“We’re going to the people who’ve made the money in the past 15 years. We never heard about him again”, Trump said.
The new poll finds the two major party candidates provoke large gaps by gender, age, race, education and partisanship.
Perhaps Trump’s recent climb isn’t because his approval rating has changed much, but rather because of the fact that Hillary Clinton’s disapproval has hit new highs this past week thanks to her ongoing email server scandal.
Trump charges that, after the server was revealed, Clinton’s “staff deleted all the emails and wiped it clean using a software created to prevent any recovery”.
The poll follows several national polls in August suggesting that the margin between the two candidates had tightened following the conventions.
Early voting, which includes mail-in ballots traditionally used by active-duty military, begins in many states this month.
Clinton will have millions of dollars at her disposal this fall to air television advertising and power a sophisticated get-out-the vote operation in key states.
She said his presidential bid has been “one long insult to all those who have worn the uniform”.
Clinton also said the campaign is about ensuring that barriers that have blocked the progress of Americans due to their gender, race or sexual orientation are taken down for good. While Trump found success while appealing to conservative voters, he’s been unable to repeat his fortune in the general election.
“Any viable path for him would require mitigating that damage somewhat”, said Hari Sevugan, a former Obama campaign spokesman who’s now a strategist for the Democratic firm 270 Strategies. “You need energy, man”, Trump told reporters.
“It’s a matter of time” before another terror attack, he said.
“Trump has misled the American people over and over about his position on Iraq”. “You’re coughing like you got some medicinal”, the host said, referring to marijuana.
National security will be a focus all week.
TRUMP: First of all, he’s 100 percent right.
A new CNN polls released Tuesday shows Clinton in a dead heat with Trump.
“Our veterans deserve better, ” reads a line at the end of the ad, which is airing in Ohio, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
“He says whatever he feels like at any given time because you can do that when you’re a TV star”.
“He is temperamentally unfit and totally unqualified to be president”, she said.
Trump, meanwhile, addressed his proposed border wall plan in an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America. Lock her up!” Trump responded, “Let’s do better than that. “As an example, the single greatest asset I have, according to those that know me, is my temperament”, he told Muir.

MUIR: Let me ask you about what one of your top surrogates said in the last 24 hours, Rudy Giuliani said that Donald Trump would, quote, “find it very hard to throw a family that’s been here in the United States for 15 years with kids who are now American citizens, out of this country”, that “that is not the America that Donald Trump wants”.

Democratic running mates Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine have released their campaign book, which is named after the campaign’s slogan, “Stronger Together”. And then they slip back through…so he believes, and I agree with him, that we gotta stop doing that.
