Back in May, comedian Doug Stanhope wrote a guest article for TheWrap titled Johnny Depp is Being Blackmailed by Amber Heard – Here’s How I Know, referring to the now-finalized lawsuit between Heard and her estranged husband (and Stanhope’s friend), actor Johnny Depp. In fact, I have been unable to reach Doug for some time and given his lifestyle, where he lives and where he travels, I’d be surprised if he even knows anything about the conclusion of the case. It fills me with joy to see his kids grow up and be so smart, and so hilarious.
Her statement was denied by Manson saying, “It’s hard to say when you talk about your friends”. Of course I think that all of it was bulls***, and I think that he is a great person.
Adds the shock rocker: “I would stand by him on anything”. But it seems that speculation and criticism surrounding their legal split are never-ending as Depp’s long-time friend Marilyn Manson weighed in on the divorce drama.
‘During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me, ‘ Heard, who began dating Depp when they filmed 2011’s The Rum Diary, said in her legal push for a restraining order.
The actress claimed she had been a victim of domestic violence throughout their relationship.
Just a few days after the divorce settlement was confirmed, Heard seemed to be back in the swing of things with celebrity friends Margot Robbie, Margot’s boyfriend Tom Ackerley and Cara Delevingne during a night out in London, including a Rolling Stones exhibition and late-night eats at the Ivy Kensington Brassiere. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain.

Heard said the entire settlement would be donated to two charities. “There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm”.
