In the official announcement of the releasing date, Bazmee directed the film with the joint production of Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Cine1 Studios.

The movie is produced by The Shaukeens producers Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde. The film has been written by Balli Januja and Rupinder Chahal and is all set to go on the floors by November 2016.
