If Baltimore is to again become relevant in the AFC North, it must cleanse itself of the misery that defined last season.

Hester said he is healthy now and believes the Ravens are the ideal team for him as he seeks to jump start his career and help Baltimore improve on last season’s 5-11 record, the first losing season during the Harbaugh era.
Adding to Forsett’s unusual preseason was his release Saturday and subsequent return Monday.
“It wasn’t a hard choice to pick the Ravens”, Hester said Tuesday after his first practice with the team.

Yesterday afternoon, the Baltimore Ravens made it official and signed future Hall of Fame kick returner Devin Hester to a one-year contract after Hester worked out with the team twice over the weekend. But as the NFL’s all-time leader in kick return touchdowns with 19 (14 punts, five kickoffs) Hester doesn’t think it will take long for him to get acclimated.
Hester missed the first 11 weeks of the 2015 season while recovering from toe surgery and did not participate in any organized team activities with Atlanta before being released by the Falcons in late July.
“Not a day goes by where I don’t feel I have to improve”, Hester said Tuesday, during his introductory press conference with the Ravens.
Perriman spent more than 30 minutes catching passes, putting in extra work ahead of Sunday’s regular-season opener against the Buffalo Bills. “He’s actually in very good shape”. “Yeah, we haven’t had a ton of work together, but I just have to keep it simple, hit him in the chest and give him a chance to make plays”.
For the first time since Saturday’s cuts, Harbaugh addressed the release of former Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds, who was signed to the practice squad on Monday.
