Saddle Fire Grows To 600 Acres In Butte County
Berlant says the Soberanes Fire in the Los Padres National Forest is 60-percent contained, but still going strong, while the big fires in Lake and San Luis Obispo counties are 100-percent contained but not completely out.

Containment on the 850 acre Saddle Fire in Butte County rose from 10 percent to 37 percent Tuesday, according to Cal Fire.
Evacuations warnings are in effect on Pentz Road from Malibu Drive to Canyon View Drive.
An evacuation shelter has been established at the Neighborhood Church, 2810 Notre Dame Blvd., in Chico.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Three structures have been destroyed and another 300 are threatened.
