Missing Kentucky teen found in New Mexico
According to police, he was with 15-year old Jenna Oakley.

Jenna was found unharmed and was with 20-year-old Kenneth Nigh of Arlington, Indiana.
Nigh was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and booked into the Quay County Jail.
When investigators were unable to find or locate her stepdaughter, Jenna, Kentucky State Police considered Jenna Oakley a missing person and circulated her picture all over the country.
Oakley went missing after her stepmother’s death last week.
She has not been seen since Wednesday afternoon and is believed to be driving a white Honda Civic that belonged to her stepmother. He’s now housed at the Quay County Detention Center. KSP is asking for the public’s help locating a 2014 White Honda Civic passenger vehicle, displaying a Kentucky Registration Plate 2113-BT.
Police are treating Rhonda’s death as a homicide.
Purdy said the cause of Rhonda Oakley’s death has not been released and the case is still under investigation.
