Like the phones, the smartwatches are also water resistant, equipped with features designed specifically to appeal to runners and users seeking more freedom on the go.

According to the article, one of the chief concerns when designing the new iPhone was the improved camera.
Apple and other tech companies know that wireless is the future.
As suspected, the 3.5-millimetre headphone jack is dead, with the Lightning port now used for wired audio gear.
Rumors that Apple’s new iPhones would no longer have a headphone jack turned out to be true, said Joanna Stern, a personal technology columnist for the Wall Street Journal. They will be available on September 16.
To go along with these new models, Apple announced wireless earbuds that cost $159. The 256GB iPhone 7 is $1379, and the most expensive phone you’ll be able to buy, the 256GB iPhone 7 Plus, is $1569. Apple iPhone’s base-level storage had recieved a lot of flak in the recent past. Preorders begin on Friday with shipping beginning a week later. Now that they’re out, it’s time to see what changes Apple has introduced on board. CEO Tim Cook says the company has sold more than one billion of the devices since it launched in 2007.
For more of the nitty-gritty about the hardware and specifications, including the announcement of the Apple Watch 2, our friends at Gizmodo have got all the details. Apple has also updated the chip on the first generation Apple Watch and is now calling it as Apple Watch 1, which is priced at $269. The Series 2 retails for $369. New Apple Watches are also on the way.
From the outside, the new phones are indistinguishable from the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus but, drop them in water and the differences will be very clear, very quickly.
But it seems to me that Apple has made a serious mistake.
Already the maker of the best-selling smart watch, Apple wants to grab a chunk of the ever-more-competitive market for sport watches.

Apple also announced that a new Nintendo Mario game will be available in the app store called Super Mario Run – a side-scrolling, automatic-running game!
