Trump Ahead of Clinton Among Military Voters
Graham elaborated that he believed Clinton is “naive”, adding that Trump is wrong about how to handle the Mideast.

“This will require military warfare, but also cyberwarfare, financial warfare and ideological warfare”, he said during an address in Philadelphia.
The United States now spends more than $600 billion a year on the military, more than the next seven countries combined. In a speech in Philadelphia earlier in the day, Trump said he’d push Congress to lift caps on military spending to fund an expansion of equipment and personnel for the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines.
“At the end of the day, if you’re not anxious about Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton being president of the United States, you’re insane”.
Under Trump, the U.S. will make it a priority to develop both defensive and offensive cyber capabilities at U.S. Cyber Command, he said.
The forum in NY will allow both campaigns to shift their messages to national security, a major topic for voters given the threat of Islamist militants, China’s military activities in the South China Sea, and nuclear-armed North Korea’s ballistic missile tests.
A total of 47 percent said they would “strongly” or “somewhat” consider voting for Clinton, 46 percent for Trump, 21 percent for Johnson, and 12 percent for Stein. “But I agree with him in terms of lifting the sequester on defence, he’s absolutely correct about that”, said Republican representative Tom Cole of Oklahoma, a high-level member of the Appropriations Committee. While Trump advocates only an increase in defense spending, Clinton supports equal increases between defense spending and spending on non-defenses domestic programs.
A senior adviser said ahead of the speech that Trump would make sure the additional spending was fully paid for but did not explain how.
Trying to emphasise his military support, Trump’s campaign released a letter on Tuesday from 88 retired generals and admirals citing an urgent need for a “course correction” in America’s national security policy. He also called on the United States to intervene militarily in Libya to stem the worsening humanitarian situation in the country.
Among voters overall, Trump does slightly better than Clinton (40 per cent to 39 per cent) on the handling of veterans issues.
But questions remain, even in his party.
“It’s not a choice between a Democrat and a Republican, but between a responsible leader like Hillary Clinton who will keep us safe, and a volatile man like Donald Trump who threatens our security”. “If we had a relationship with Russian Federation wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could work on it together and knock the hell out of ISIS?”

Mr Trump has promised to convene his military commanders soon after taking office with “a simple instruction” aimed at the Islamic State group. You know the attractive part about getting along, Russian Federation wants to defeat ISIS as badly as we do.
