We’re slightly less confident about the possibility of the game being updated to include Pokemon Trading – as no direct code suggesting this has been found thus far.
Despite the game being in the background, the Map My Run app mapped out the sort of erratic, straightened-out, and somewhat shorter distance route that Pokemon GO has been accused of capturing for players. Niantic’s efforts in developing something new has resulted to the creation of “Pokemon Go” buddy system.
The new feature was revealed on September 2 after it was leaked to the public by a fan who discovered it after sifting through the games’ codes.
“Meanwhile, we are in touch with representatives of Niantic to discuss features of Pokemon Go and the advice they provide to consumers in the United Kingdom”. With a bit of digging in the pre-release code for the Buddy Pokemon system in the game, the full list has been revealed. Players may pick a single buddy from your collected Pokemon, whose icon appears beside your avatar and racks up various rewards. Depending on which buddy a player chooses, the Pokemon either walk alongside its trainer or sit on its trainer’s shoulder, much like Ash and Pikachu.
Mr Hancock informed MPs about the Government’s response to Pokemon Go after Labour’s Anna Turley raised concerns with Nintendo.

The Redcar MP took action after complaints were received about children running around Redcar cemetery while playing the game, in which players collect creatures known as Pokemon as they walk around the real world. Specifically, you’ll earn candy for walking with your Buddy, along with undisclosed in-game experiences. The update is expected to be “just around the corner”.
