Personally, while I like both Witherspoon and Kaling, I would prefer to see older actresses in the roles since the Mrs. W character appear as elderly women. Which, who is being played by Oprah Winfrey, and has a way of speaking with extra letters in her sentences.

As you know, director Ava DuVernay is now working with Disney on an adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s A Wrinkle In Time. Which in the film, but now The Hollywood Reporter says Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling have been cast as her cohorts, Mrs. Whatsit and Mrs. She claims to have been blown off course, and goes on to tell them that there is such a thing as a tesseract, which, if you didn’t know, is a wrinkle in time.
L’Engle’s novel follows the young Meg Murry as she, her brother Charles Wallace, and her friend Calvin O’Keefe travel across space and time to rescue her missing father. They will complete the trio of supernatural beings including Mrs.
Frozen screenwriter and co-director Jennifer Lee is adapting A Wrinkle in Time into a screenplay, with Jim Whitaker and Catherine Hand producing.
Kaling, who voiced the character Disgust in the Oscar-winning Inside Out, is the star of The Mindy Project and is in prep on the all-female version of Ocean’s 11 titled Oceans Ocho. Who and Mrs. Which. Reese Witherspoon, meanwhile, is set to headline the HBO comedy series Big Little Lies and will also lend her voice to Illumination Entertainment’s animated musical Sing.
