Bill Clinton’s spokesman, Angel Urena, noted on Twitter after the story came out that the ex-president had already said he would resign from the foundation “if his wife wins”. The foundation last month confirmed that Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea Clinton, would remain on the board even if her mother won in November.
