Laos fully prepared for leaders, media ahead of ASEAN summit

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc is due to leave Hanoi on September 6 for Vientiane, the capital of Laos, to attend the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summit and related high-level meetings.

The East Asia summit will be attended by the leaders of the 10 Asean nations and those of India, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Russian Federation. “This is the third time I am attending these Summits”.
