Samsung’s CEO and President of IT & Mobile Division, JK Shin said that, “With the launch of the Galaxy S6 edge+ and Note 5, we’re reemphasizing our ongoing commitment to bold, fearless innovation that meets the needs of our consumers”.
The hardware of the Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5 handsets is essentially the same. The other is the Galaxy Note 5, the next addition in a series of phablets. Here are the 10 features to look out for when the Galaxy S6 Edge+ launches on 4 September.
Both the Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 come with built-in wireless charging now improved with fast charging.
Samsung says that want to bring back to physical keyboard back to the Phablet market, but that’s not really why someone buys a Phablet.
Also new is the spring-loaded S Pen, which works with a brand new Air Command interface to allow users to take notes immediately upon release.
The launch of the new keyboard case coincides with the unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 smartphones.
Samsung Note 5 has a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with specs including a 16-megapixel rear-facing snapper and a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calling. Both have 32GB and 64GB memory options, but note that the Note5 does not have a MicroSD slot. There’s also an extra dual-display feature in the form of Apps Edge, which acts as an app shortcut menu accessible by swiping the screen’s curved edge. Similarly, the battery is no longer removable. Well you can’t. Samsung has confirmed that it’s not launching it in the UK, Engadget reports.
The original Gear VR was released last year to work with the Galaxy Note 4.

The handsets will be available in Silver Titanium, Gold Platinum, Black Sapphire and White Pearl color variants, BGR reported.
