Clinton email matter ‘not a cliff-hanger — Federal Bureau of Investigation head

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited Cohoes High School on Monday. Republicans, frustrated with the FBI’s decision not to recommend charges against Clinton, plan several hearings before Election Day to examine the Democratic presidential nominee’s actions.

Just five days after Comey’s announcement, they asked the department to open an inquiry into whether Clinton had lied in October when she testified before the committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya. The attack, most likely by Russians, started long before Clinton’s arrival in 2009.

“It is laughable that the secretary of state can claim she cannot remember or does not know what classified markings are”, Marino said.

Asked on Tuesday if she was anxious about Chaffetz’s call and whether she asked for the emails to be deleted, Clinton flatly said, “No, of course not”. This occurred after he donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation despite the fact that he was barred from the United States because of his known terrorist ties and despite his conviction (subsequently expunged) by a Swiss court of money laundering a decade and a half ago.

According to the Wednesday note, obtained first by CNN, Comey said the Federal Bureau of Investigation doesn’t “play games” but simply released the report when it was ready.

The agency has committed to releasing the newly uncovered documents under a series of requests from Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group.

Citing “real trust issues” and “real creditability issues”, Ryan said Clinton is “the last person I want to see become president”.

What Clinton is saying is ridiculous. “Clinton aides told FBI investigators the former diplomat went through phones often, and the “whereabout” of her old phones would become unknown once she switched to a new device”. This is false and it turns out that she had 13 mobile devices.

She also lost a laptop and multiple Blackberries and other mobile devices that she used to access classified material.

When Congress started asking questions about the agency’s lack of emails related to Benghazi, Clinton’s staff and employees of the tech firm tapped to manage her network scrubbed official records from the server system. This is a violation of the law since her lawyers did not have proper security clearances to do so.

I don’t understand why she is still walking around a free woman. Clinton and her staff also used a software product called BleachBit. And because the emails were not marked as classified, she had no reason to believe they were, even if the subject matter was sensitive. The documents were snatched in 2010 from a Department of Defense database meant to improve the sharing of security information among government agencies after 9/11. For example, when asked about the email setup and conversations she might have had with Clinton’s IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, Mills refused to answer, claiming those conversations were privileged attorney-client communication.

Clinton is not stupid. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University. This isn’t a “vast right-wing conspiracy” anymore.

The FBI said it was later able to find some of the e-mails, but it did not say how many had been deleted or whether they were included in the 60,000 e-mails that Clinton said she had sent and received as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

The only thing going for her is that her challenger is Donald Trump.
