Porsche Macan Turbo Performance Package Adds 40 HP, Bigger Brakes
The Macan compact crossover SUV changed the game for Porsche when it arrived in U.S. showrooms two years ago. On the track, this translates to a 0.2-second improvement in 0-to-60 time, dropping it to 4.2 seconds, and a 5 miles per hour top speed improvement to 169 miles per hour.

Now with the new Performance Package, the factory-enhanced Macan Turbo’s muscle is fortified to the tune of 440 hp and 600 Nm of torque, 40 hp and 50 Nm more than before.
The twin-turbo 3.6-litre V6 in the Macan now produces 434bhp and 443lb-ft of torque, which helps deliver a truly rapid claimed 0-60mph time of 4.4 sec, 0.4 sec quicker than the standard Macan Turbo.
Today, Porsche announced that it’ll make it even more awesome with the addition of a new Performance Package for its range-topping Turbo variant.
The new Performance Package improves the engine output. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is available at the push of a button to deliver an exceptionally sporty position on the road. A newly developed brake system, lowered body, controlled sports chassis, Sport Chrono Package and sports exhaust system are all fitted as standard. The discs are gripped by six-piston brake calipers completed with a red paint finish. Air suspension with self-levelling function and height adjustment, lowered by ten millimetres, is also available as an option. Buyers are presented with a range of additional options including 21-inch 911 Turbo design wheels with gloss-black spokes, LED headlights and plenty of other blacked-out add-ons.

The Turbo Interior Package comes with black leather interior with Alcantara highlights and carbon fibre elements throughout the cabin. First deliveries will arrive with customers near the end of 2016.
