Model collapses during Kanye West fashion show
Some models fainted during the Yeezy Season 4 collection by Kanye West on Wednesday at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island in NY. Tommy Hilfiger offered a nautical theme with designs like navy blue pea coats and blue and white striped shirts, while the Rachel Roy collection offered bohemian looks that included different types of turbans.

Kylie Jenner has had to step in to defend her brother-in-law Kanye West’s latest fashion show after a whole bunch of things went wrong – including one model fainting ahead of her runway walk.
Despite these purist intentions, initial reports about the show, which took place in Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island, sounded more Zoolander than utilitarian. The runway show also featured looks heavy on floral patterns from Macy’s private INC brand collection in collaboration with NY fashion icon Iris Apfel.
Once the clothes did emerge, some wondered whether they had been worth to wait.
Stella Bugbee, who is an editor for New York Magazine’s The Cut, tweeted that she felt she needed to leave the show because of the models.
Models including Chanel Iman, Sophia Richie and Teyana Taylor all hit the runway for the major event, which saw them rock turtleneck dresses, trousers, jumpers and hoodies as well as boots like the clear heels that Kim Kardashian was rocking earlier this week.

“Honestly Adidas should be ashamed”, Bugbee added. Pictured here with wife Kim Kardashian. He said his garments were “apparel”, not fashion, with a purposefully limited colour palette to give them a timeless appeal. West said: “I want to do 200 stores in the next year, but that’s just me saying what I want”.
