Thom Yorke sat in to co-host a three-hour show on BBC 1 last night, and it was definitely an eventful few hours, brimming with music and chats. It takes away from things a bit, it is sometimes frustrating.
He went on to say the release of Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes didn’t go as planned but concluded that’s “what happens with experiments”.
He added: “The energy of trying to figure out how to do it differently and circumvent the monsters and you’re like. whatever”.
In the show, Yorke also revealed that he’s been making new music with Four Tet’s Kieran Hebden and Burial.
“I’m hoping to do it again soon”, he said. For me, that’s ‘Really?
Yorke confirmed Radiohead will play more shows in 2017, after a break following their final show this year at Austin City Limits festival in Texas in October.
Radiohead have only a few dates left on their calendar, with the only US shows being September 30 and October 7 at the Austin City Limits Festival, and the others are in Berlin this Sunday and Mexico City in the days between the Austin concerts.

He also told Benji B that once Radiohead touring winds down, and Flea is less busy bass-slapping his way around the world with Red Hot Chili Peppers, he’d like to get back together with his other project Atoms For Peace.
