TMZ released a video which shows Drake appearing to be visibly upset backstage at the arena.
A suspect has been arrested in the Drake x Future The Prince jewelry heist. King had done some contract work for the arena and other local venues, Sgt. Vince Lewis of Maricopa County told the Associated Press.
Investigators said the thief targeted a briefcase on the artist’s tour bus “filled with some pretty pricey jewelry and other items”.
A representative for Drake declined to comment on the case on Wednesday. Contact information for Future the Prince was not immediately available.
Apparently, there was a briefcase worth millions in jewelry on Drake’s tour bus, and I’m not quite sure why.
He was then set to be re-booked into jail on new charges of theft.
Drake has been co-headlining his “Summer Sixteen” concert tour with fellow rapper Future.

Police would not say to whom the jewelry belonged, but Lewis confirmed it did not belong to Drake.
