Land Rover tests remote seat folding system mid-air

Fans who are eager to have the 2018 Discovery with foldable seats all to themselves can expect the new vehicle to be fully unveiled on the eve of the Paris Motor Show on September 28. The Discovery’s new looks is a shift from the old looks, and aligns more with the Range Rover’s exterior appearances.

Speaking about the design of the SUV, the Discovery’s front appears to be identical to that of the Land Rover Discovery Vision concept that was showcased back in 2014.

After landing, he could easily jump into a prototype of the New Discovery that was well adjusted from afar.

Interiors of 2017 Land Rover Discovery will be seen with stepped roof allowing for stadium seating for upto 7 adults.

Famed British adventurer Bear Grylls has put Land Rover’s new remote-controlled vehicle seat-folding tech to the test, by operating it in the middle of a 125mph sky dive.

Aside from a smartphone application, potential owners of the 2018 Discovery can also activate the seat folding feature through the luggage area, switches on the C-pillar, and using the touchscreen display on the dashboard, according to Auto Blog.

Land Rover’s InControl Remote app allows customers using both iOS and Android smartphones to connect with New Discovery from anywhere in the world, making it possible to perform a variety of functions.

TV adventurer Bear Grylls took to the skies to show off the latest technology in the new Land Rover Discovery ahead of its launch later this month.
