Donald Trump: ‘Vladimir Putin is a better leader than Barack Obama’
Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump campaign in two important swing states today after battling it out stage last night. “We saw more evidence that he is temperamentally unfit and totally unqualified to be Commander in Chief”.

THE FACTS: Far from “the first time in history”, it is routine for presidents to be greeted by a protocol chief or other low-level government official when arriving for foreign visits.
The pair spoke back-to-back but not face-to-face at the forum, hosted by NBC. Trump, meanwhile, cast himself as a cautious but hard-nosed outsider optimally suited to confront the nation’s myriad threats.
“Obviously it’s not something that would get through this Congress, so that’s something we’d have to look at the election next year”. According to notes released from Clinton’s interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, she said she relied on others with knowledge about handling classified files.
Such was the case Thursday morning for Matt Lauer, the day after he was at the helm for NBC News’ Commander-in-Chief Forum featuring Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
In black ink, the question asked Clinton if she would rather have dinner with Trump or Putin.
Hillary Clinton will speak at the National Baptist Convention and hold a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Clinton is leading Trump by about 3 percentage points in national polls, less than half her advantage a month ago.
Clinton also asked that she be “judged on the totality of my record”.
“She’s trigger-happy and very unstable”, Trump said of his Democratic opponent, calling her use of a private email server while secretary of state “reckless”. He said his plan is still a secret but the truth is he simply does not have one. “We’ve gotta do it with much more support from the Arabs and the Kurds who will fight on the ground against ISIS”, she said. “That means giving the Pentagon the stable, predictable funding it needs to make smart investments”, she said last week at the American Legion in Cincinnati.
This isn’t the first time Trump has advocated for seizing oil in Middle Eastern countries - and fits into a larger pattern of him advocating for colonial practices.
Barbisch said she will vote for Clinton and was campaigning Wednesday for the Democratic Party. To that end, she is seeking an “intelligence surge” that includes better intelligence sharing and cooperation with Silicon Valley to target ISIS and other terror groups. Trump has drawn criticism for his praise for Putin as a strong leader, particularly after Moscow came under suspicion from US officials as being behind the recent hacking of Democratic Party groups. Trump also travels apart from reporters, although he invited some onboard Monday for a gaggle and short flight, and said he may do so again.
But Clinton defended certain emails, including information about the country’s covert drone program, as not revealing classified information.
He “trash-talked American generals”, Clinton said, and called his claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin is more of a leader than U.S. President Barack Obama “astonishing” and “unpatriotic and insulting to the people of our country”. “If (Putin) says great things about me, I’m going to say great things about him”.
Trying to emphasize his military support, Trump’s campaign released a letter on Tuesday from 88 retired generals and admirals citing an urgent need for a “course correction” in America’s national security policy. “We have to have it fast”.
“But do you want to be complimented by that former KGB officer”, Lauer grilled Trump. I am proud to have the support of warfighting generals, active duty military, and the top experts who know both how to win – and how to avoid the endless wars we are caught in now.
Trump also announced that he will seek to develop a state-of-the-art-missile defence system; will modernise naval cruisers to provide Ballistic Missile Defence capabilities and will enforce all classification rules.
If elected, Trump said he would give military leaders 30 days to formulate a plan to defeat the group, commonly known as ISIS.

“Is the plan you’ve been hiding asking someone else for their plan”, Lauer said, saying later: “You’re going to convene a panel of generals, and you’ve already said you know more than those generals”. No investigation was ever opened, and Bondi denies any connection between that decision and Trump’s donation.
