Clinton blasts Trump’s comments on generals, Putin
On Thursday morning, Donald Trump Jr., the son and adviser of the Republican presidential nominee, shared the latest Clinton conspiracy theory with his 637,000 Twitter followers: Hillary Clinton may have been wearing an earpiece during the candidates forum held the previous night.

The appearances mark an intense, two-day focus on national security by Trump, who has offered tough rhetoric – but few details – on America’s challenges overseas.
Yet there were two words – “listen” and “control” – that were used just once, and each time by only one of the candidates. What is required of every one of us is self-examination and a high degree of reflective consciousness about who we are as citizens of the United States and who we want to be in the future.
In recent national polling, Clinton leads head-to-head match-ups against Trump, with the Democrat holding 45.6 percent support compared to 42.8 percent for the NY businessman, according to averages compiled by RealClear Politics. “Donald Trump chose to talk about his deep admiration and support for Vladimir Putin”, she said.
The Clinton and Trump totals don’t just reflect campaign fundraising; they also include money raised by each candidate’s joint fundraising committees.
Summing up the event, Maggie Haberman, the NYT’s presidential campaign correspondent, tweeted, “Clinton got tougher questions, but also got visibly irritated and defensive”.
“Last night was yet another test and Donald Trump failed yet again”. Taking it a step further, Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress, the public policy research group, noted that “many people” were saying Lauer “wouldn’t have interrupted Hillary so much if she were a man”.
He was also harshly critical of the military, saying USA generals have been “reduced to rubble” under Barack Obama.
“I have been somewhat heartened by the number of articles recently pointed out the quite disparate treatment of Trump and his campaign compared to ours”, Clinton said.
The candidates spoke back-to-back at the forum Wednesday night, each fielding 30 minutes of questions.
She says extremists “are saying, ‘Please Allah, make Trump president of America'”.
Most voters see Clinton’s family foundation, which has come under sharp criticism from Trump over how donors to the foundation interacted with Clinton while she was secretary of state, as an organization that should be shuttered if Clinton is elected to avoid possible conflict of interest, with a sizable share saying it should be closed down now.
After all, we still have two months to go before Election Day.
“I believe with all my heart that putting a lid on Iran’s nuclear weapons program has made Israel safer; has made the region safer; prevented a nuclear arms race”, Clinton said.

The pressure finally got to Hillary Clinton. “Maybe he did it with a smile and I guess the RNC would have liked that”.
